    Enjoy my apartment, maintenance staff has always been helpful. All of the women in the office are nice and helpful, however except one that could be sent to a class for customer service. Her whole attitude when you speak to her is just rude. I feel like she thinks she is better than the residents and looks as us like "little people." Lost my job shortly after moving in, however, my rent was always paid.

    Apartments are nice but the halls are dirty and never cleaned. The office is so unorganized. We moved out 3 months ago and still haven't gotten our security deposit back or our pet deposit because they didn't know we had a dog even though we sent in a picture and the documentation. Every time we call they say they sent the deposit. I will be going there to show them all they payments and deposits and demand my money back. If you have a pet don't even bother telling them or paying the deposit. They lose everything you give them. They have no clue what's going on.

    Today was my first encounter with Allstate. I first spoke to Natasha who was so friendly. It was very easy to speak to Brain himself. Within minutes of speaking to Natasha, and being transferred to his other location where I spoke to another professional Mary ( she was kind and curtious as well) was immediately put through to Brian who answered all my questions. I look forward to working with this group. My first impressions were wonderful. Nice to see that people care and are not rushed in this busy, hetic world.
